Return and Refund Policy: Our refund policy allows you to return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund except a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping fees. You can expect refunds to process within maximum 4 weeks but in many cases, this processes in a few business days.
Unfortunately, only regularly priced items are eligible for returns. All SALE items are final sale.
Cancellation of orders: You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of the initial order date without any reason. The deadline for a cancellation is 7 days upon delivery of goods. You will be reimbursed no later than 10 days upon us receiving the returned goods (if applicable) minus a 20% restocking fee.
